Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/management/related discipline is required.
• Strong experience leading and scaling operations in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize SOPs and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations and ensure scalable daily execution.
• Design, implement, maintain, and improve SOPs and workflows.
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing operations teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, and Customer Support to align execution with business goals.
• Monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop operational strategies to improve productivity, service quality, and customer experience.
• Manage departmental budgets and drive cost-efficiency while maintaining effectiveness.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions.
• Prepare operational reports and metrics for executive management.
• Support scalable structures to enable long-term growth.
