Job summary

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading and scaling operations in fintech, SaaS, or tech.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional operational teams and implementing excellence initiatives.
• Strong understanding of process design, SOP development, and workflow optimization.
• Experience managing budgets, resource planning, and cost-efficiency programs.
• Excellent project management, organizational planning, and execution capabilities.
• Mandarin proficiency for business reporting is required.
• English proficiency for cross-functional collaboration.
