Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading and scaling operations in fintech/SaaS/tech/high-growth environments.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong process design, SOP development, and business process improvement knowledge.
• Experience managing budgets, resource planning, and cost-efficiency programs.
• Excellent project management and organizational planning capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Mandarin proficiency for business communication; working proficiency in English for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations to support scalable growth.
• Design and implement SOPs, policies, and workflow frameworks.
• Build and coach high-performing operations teams.
