Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading and scaling business operations in fintech/SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Experience managing cross-functional operational teams and implementing operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of process design, workflow optimization, SOP development, and business process improvement methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, resource planning, and cost-efficiency programs.
• Excellent project management, organizational planning, and operational execution capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify operational risks and implement practical solutions.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and team development skills.
• Mandarin for business communication and reporting is required.
• English for cross-functional collaboration and business communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end business operations to support scalability.
• Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve operational policies, SOPs, and workflow frameworks.
• Build, manage, coach, and develop high-performing operations teams.
