DISPENDIX, part of the BICO Group, seeks an Operations Administrator in Bandung to manage master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and support procurement workflows. You will ensure data accuracy for items, suppliers, and products, and assist in new product setups.

The role covers RFQs, purchasing documentation, KPI reporting, and collaboration with Finance, R&D, and Product Management while maintaining compliance and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Administration, or Master Data Management is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (prefer Microsoft Dynamics 365) and strong Excel skills.
• Attention to detail with a structured, process-oriented approach; good organizational skills.
• Professional English; Bahasa Indonesia knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create, maintain, and update master data (items, suppliers, products, procurement) in Dynamics 365.
• Support setup of new products, spare parts, and purchased materials ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist with RFQs, quotations, procurement documentation, and indirect procurement activities.
• Prepare operational reports and KPI analyses; support inventory accuracy in ERP systems.
• Maintain compliance-related documentation and support audits; collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The position is based in Bandung, Indonesia .ResponsibilitiesCreate, maintain, and update item, supplier, product, and procurement-related master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365.Support the setup of new products, spare parts, service parts, and purchased materials while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.Support purchasing activities, including purchase order creation, supplier follow-up, delivery tracking, and supplier onboarding.Assist with RFQs, quotation comparisons, purchasing documentation, and indirect procurement activities.Prepare operational reports and KPI analyses and support inventory and transaction accuracy in ERP systems.Maintain operational and compliance-related documentation and support audits, data quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.Provide administrative and coordination support across Operations and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, R&D, Product Management, and other functions.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.First experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Administration, or Master Data Management, ideally within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, and strong Microsoft Excel skills.Experience with master data maintenance and/or purchasing activities is an advantage.Strong attention to detail with a structured, accurate, and process-oriented approach to work.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage different tasks and priorities reliably.Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.Professional proficiency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.What we offerJoining DISPENDIX means being part of something big and shaping the future of medicine.
