Job summary

Who We Are Dispendix is seeking an Operations Administrator to join our international Operations team in Bandung, Indonesia. The role focuses on master data management, procurement support, and ERP coordination to ensure data accuracy and efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have a degree in a relevant field, experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365), and strong Excel skills. English proficiency is essential; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update master data (item, supplier, product, procurement) in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Support setup of new products, spare parts, services, and materials with data accuracy.
• Assist purchasing activities: PO creation, supplier follow-up, delivery tracking, onboarding.
• Aid RFQs, quotations, purchasing docs, and indirect procurement.
• Prepare operational reports and KPI analyses; support inventory accuracy in ERP.
• Maintain documentation and support audits, data quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide cross-functional coordination across Operations, Procurement, Finance, R&D, and Product Management.

We are looking for a Operations Administrator (m/f/d), to join our international Operations team. The position is based inBandung, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update item, supplier, product, and procurement-related master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Support the setup of new products, spare parts, service parts, and purchased materials while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Support purchasing activities, including purchase order creation, supplier follow-up, delivery tracking, and supplier onboarding.
• Assist with RFQs, quotation comparisons, purchasing documentation, and indirect procurement activities.
• Prepare operational reports and KPI analyses and support inventory and transaction accuracy in ERP systems.
• Maintain operational and compliance-related documentation and support audits, data quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide administrative and coordination support across Operations and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, R&D, Product Management, and other functions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• First experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Administration, or Master Data Management, ideally within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with master data maintenance and/or purchasing activities is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with a structured, accurate, and process-oriented approach to work.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage different tasks and priorities reliably.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Professional proficiency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
