Job summary

DISPENDIX Bandung, Indonesia seeks a CRM & Sales Systems Specialist to own web-based sales tools, maintain databases, and support data across Europe and the US. You will improve Java-based apps, manage REST API connections, and assist pricing updates and reporting for Sales, Operations, and Management teams.

The role requires 3+ years of Java web development experience, strong SQL skills, and excellent English communication. On-site in Bandung with international collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IS/SE or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience developing and maintaining web-based applications in Java.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for browser-based UI.
• Strong SQL skills with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience with REST APIs, data integrations, and Git version control.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve web-based sales tools using Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Maintain and optimize SQL databases (performance, security, backups).
• Ensure data accuracy for product, pricing, customers, opportunities, orders, forecasts, and inventory.
• Maintain REST API integrations between sales tools, CRM, and ERP systems.

CRM & Sales Systems Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a CRM & Sales Systems Specialist (m/f/d) to join our international team. The position is based in Bandung, Indonesia.

In this role, you will be responsible for our web-based sales tools and the business-critical data behind them. You will maintain and improve existing applications, manage databases and integrations, ensure data accuracy across systems, and support colleagues across Europe and the US. Your work will directly impact sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve web-based sales tools developed in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Maintain and administer SQL databases, including performance optimization, security, access management, and backups.
• Ensure product, pricing, customer, opportunity, order, forecast, and inventory data remains accurate and up to date.
• Support annual pricing updates, new product introductions, and ongoing data maintenance activities.
• Maintain and enhance REST API integrations between sales tools, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Monitor and manage scheduled data synchronization jobs and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Build, test, and deploy new integrations when connecting additional platforms and systems.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, remove duplicates, and improve data consistency across business applications.
• Create SQL queries, reports, and analyses to support Sales, Operations, and Management teams.
• Maintain development and test environments and ensure all changes are properly tested before release.
• Document applications, database structures, integrations, and operational procedures.
• Provide user support for colleagues in Europe and the US, ensuring business-critical issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of professional experience developing and maintaining web-based applications in Java.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for browser-based user interfaces.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience with database design, complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
• Experience managing business-critical data, including data quality, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and standard software development practices.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of existing applications and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
