Job summary

DISPENDIX, part of BICO, seeks a CRM & Sales Systems Specialist to optimize web-based sales tools and manage critical data across global teams. Based in Bandung, Indonesia, you will maintain databases, ensure data accuracy, and support pricing, product, and forecast data for Europe and the US.

You will work with Java/HTML/REST APIs, maintain SQL databases, and drive data-driven improvements to sales operations while collaborating with cross‑functional teams on our fast-growing life sciences

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience developing and maintaining web-based applications in Java.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for browser-based user interfaces.
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Experience with database design, complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
• Experience managing business-critical data, including data quality and reporting.
• Familiarity with Git and standard software development practices.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of applications and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve web-based sales tools developed in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Maintain and administer SQL databases including performance optimization, security, access management, and backups.
• Ensure product, pricing, customer, opportunity, order, forecast, and inventory data remains accurate.
• Support annual pricing updates, new product introductions, and ongoing data maintenance.
• Maintain and enhance REST API integrations between sales tools, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Monitor and manage scheduled data synchronization jobs and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Build, test, and deploy new integrations when connecting additional platforms and systems.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, remove duplicates, and improve data consistency across business applications.
• Create SQL queries, reports, and analyses to support Sales, Operations, and Management teams.
• Maintain development and test environments and ensure all changes are properly tested before release.
• Document applications, database structures, integrations, and operational procedures.
• Provide user support for colleagues in Europe and the US, ensuring business-critical issues are resolved in a timely manner.

We are looking for a CRM & Sales Systems Specialist (m/f/d) to join our international team. The position is based in Bandung, Indonesia.

In this role, you will be responsible for our web-based sales tools and the business-critical data behind them. You will maintain and improve existing applications, manage databases and integrations, ensure data accuracy across systems, and support colleagues across Europe and the US. Your work will directly impact sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
