Job summary

Who We Are Dispendix is seeking an Operations Administrator to join our international Operations team in Bandung, Indonesia. The role focuses on master data management, procurement support, and ERP coordination to ensure data accuracy and efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have a degree in a relevant field, experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365), and strong Excel skills. English proficiency is essential; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.

Strong attention to detail with a structured, process-oriented approach.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
English proficiency; Indonesian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and update master data (item, supplier, product, procurement) in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Support setup of new products, spare parts, services, and materials with data accuracy.
Assist purchasing activities: PO creation, supplier follow-up, delivery tracking, onboarding.
Aid RFQs, quotations, purchasing docs, and indirect procurement.
Prepare operational reports and KPI analyses; support inventory accuracy in ERP.
Maintain documentation and support audits, data quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide cross-functional coordination across Operations, Procurement, Finance, R&D, and Product Management.
