Job summary

DISPENDIX is seeking an Operations Administrator to join our international Operations team in Bandung, Indonesia. You will manage master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365, support purchasing activities, and coordinate with multiple functions to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in a related field, experience with ERP systems (preferably Dynamics 365), and strong Excel skills. English proficiency is essential; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Administration, or Master Data Management in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, and strong Excel skills.
• Attention to detail with a structured, accurate, and process-oriented approach to work.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Support setup of new products, spare parts, service parts, and purchased materials with accuracy.
• Assist with purchasing activities: PO creation, supplier follow-up, delivery tracking, onboarding.
• Assist RFQs, quotations, purchasing documentation, and indirect procurement.
• Prepare operational reports and KPI analyses; support inventory accuracy in ERP.
• Maintain operational and compliance-related documentation and support audits, data quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide administrative and coordination support across Operations and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, R&D, Product Management, and other functions.
