Job summary

D2C & EC Enablement in Jakarta is seeking an Operations Admin to support OMS and WMS operations with a focus on inventory accuracy and efficient order flow. The role involves maintaining SKU records, generating daily/weekly reports, and coordinating with CS and 3PL teams to resolve fulfillment issues.

The candidate should have 1–2 years in an e-commerce enabler or warehouse setting, strong Excel capabilities, and a detail-oriented mindset. Hybrid work arrangement offered in West Jakarta area.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience as Operations Admin, Control Tower, or similar in an E-commerce Enabler or Warehouse setting.
• Proficient with OMS and WMS platforms; advanced Google Sheets/MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• OMS Management: be the main contact for daily OMS operations, including SKU binding and real-time stock sync.
• WMS & Inventory Control: handle stock adjustments and data entry accuracy in the WMS.
• Master SKU Maintenance: create/update master SKU records across OMS and WMS.
• Data Reporting & Analysis: maintain daily/weekly reports in Google Sheets/Excel with pivot tables and charts.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: work with CS and Logistics/3PL to resolve fulfillment issues.
• Return Parcel Tracking: monitor pending/unreceived return parcels to meet SLA targets.

Job description

• OMS Management: Serve as the main point of contact for daily OMS operations, including SKU binding, real-time stock synchronization, order flow monitoring, and data extraction.
• WMS & Inventory Control: Handle all system stock adjustments, inventory movements, and ensure 100% accurate data entry within the WMS.
• Master SKU Maintenance: Create, update, and maintain master SKU records across integrated OMS and WMS platforms.
• Data Reporting & Analysis: Maintain and update daily/weekly operational reports in Google Sheets/Excel using pivot tables, formulas, and visual charts to present performance trends.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Investigate and resolve fulfillment issues and edge cases by collaborating directly with Customer Service (CS) and Logistics/3PL teams.
• Return Parcel Tracking: Monitor and track pending/unreceived return parcels to ensure processing meets SLA targets.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. (Final-year students are welcome to apply provided no active classes/thesis commitments remain).
• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience as an Operations Admin, Control Tower, or similar role within an E-commerce Enabler or Warehouse environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient and hands-on experience with OMS and WMS platforms.
  Advanced Google Sheets / MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization/charts).
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and high attention to detail.
• Location Preference: Candidates residing in West Jakarta (Jakbar), Tangerang, or Tangerang Regency are strongly preferred (Plus Point).

Work Location & Schedule
