Job summary

PT. Jfood Group Indonesia is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and implement training programs across all store levels, ensuring SOPs, food safety, and service standards are consistently applied. The role involves hands-on coaching, on-site training, and competency assessments to lift performance.

Collaboration with Operations and HR will strengthen leadership and operational excellence, leveraging 5+ years in multi-store F&B training and a relevant degree. English or Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-store operations and training within the F&B chain industry, preferably in fast-food or franchise businesses.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, SOP implementation, food safety, and service standards.
• Proven ability to develop training programs, coach employees, and develop operational leaders.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to work under pressure.
• English or Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
