Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to lead business development and operations in Indonesia. The role focuses on expanding the Indonesian market, strengthening customer and supplier networks, and ensuring smooth local team management.

You will drive project opportunities, build relationships, and oversee quotations, negotiations, and execution. This position requires coordinating with HQ and regional teams to resolve issues and ensure profitable operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operational leadership and delivering results.
• Ability to grow the Indonesian market and key customer base.
• Strong skills in project quotations, contract discussions, and commercial negotiations.
• Experience coordinating local and expatriate staff, including recruitment and visa processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Indonesian market and key customer base, focusing on data centers, MEP engineering, facility operations, and maintenance.
• Identify and follow up on new project opportunities and customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through visits, discussions, negotiations and follow-ups.
• Develop and manage local suppliers, service providers, manpower resources, and partners.
• Participate in project quotations, contract discussions, and commercial negotiations, coordinating internal scope, staffing, costs and delivery capabilities.
• Manage the Indonesia business plan and execution, focusing on revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow, AR, and contract performance.
• Coordinate local and expatriate employees, including recruitment, onboarding, visa processing, administration, employee relations, and cross-cultural communication.
• Work with HQ and regional teams to resolve customer, supplier, personnel, and business-related matters.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, industry events, and partner activities.
• Identify and manage key business risks including customer complaints, supplier issues, payment collection, employment, and compliance.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operational Manager to be responsible for the overall business development and operational management of the company in Indonesia, with a focus on customer and supplier development, business relations, market expansion, business analysis, and local team management.

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with HQ, regional teams, and Indonesian project teams to resolve customer, supplier, personnel, and business-related matters.
• Represent the company professionally in business meetings, industry events, and partner activities.
• Identify and manage key business risks, including customer complaints, supplier issues, payment collection, employment, and compliance matters.
