PT Joyrun Tech Indonesia is seeking a seasoned regional leader to grow the Indonesian market and manage key customers in data centers, MEP engineering, and facility operations. You will drive opportunities, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with headquarters to deliver proposals while building a strong local presence.
You will establish and manage local supplier networks, lead cross‑functional teams, and travel within Indonesia to project sites.
Develop the Indonesian market and key customers, continuously following up on project opportunities in data centers, MEP engineering, facility operations & maintenance, and related industries.
Establish and maintain customer relationships, organize customer visits, understand requirements, handle business receptions, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Develop local Indonesian suppliers, service providers, manpower resources, and professional partners, and establish a supplier database and evaluation system.
Participate in project quotations, contract discussions, and commercial negotiations; coordinate internally to evaluate service scope, staffing, costs, and delivery capabilities.
Manage the business plan and execution for the Indonesia region, with a focus on revenue, costs, profit, cash flow, accounts receivable, and contract performance.
Coordinate operational support for local and expatriate employees, including recruitment, onboarding, visa processing, administration, employee relations, and cross-cultural communication.
Coordinate with headquarters, regional teams, and Indonesian project teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements, supplier matters, personnel issues, and business risks.
Maintain the company’s professional image in Indonesia and represent the company at business meetings, industry events, and partner activities.
Identify and manage risks related to customer complaints, supplier breaches, payment collection, employment, and compliance, and report and coordinate solutions in a timely manner.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Engineering Management, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in operations management, business development, customer management, engineering services, or related industries, including experience in team or regional management.
Previous work, business, or project support experience in Indonesia, with a good understanding of the local business environment, communication practices, and business resources.
Ability to independently conduct customer development, supplier development, business negotiations, and important business receptions, and drive matters through to completion.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze revenue, project costs, profit, cash collection, and key business risks.
Strong local team management and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to set clear goals, assign tasks, and follow up on results.
Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to travel within Indonesia and visit project sites as required.
Experience in data centers, cloud infrastructure, MEP engineering, facility operations & maintenance, or engineering services.
Existing business relationships with data center owners, operators, general contractors, professional service providers, or suppliers in Indonesia.
Practical experience in building a local customer network, supplier system, or local team from the ground up.
Familiarity with Indonesian employment regulations, visa matters, business compliance, or branch/company operations.
Fluent Chinese, with the ability to communicate professionally with the China headquarters, regional teams, and Chinese clients.
English and Indonesian can be used as working languages, with the ability to independently handle meetings, emails, business communication, technical coordination, and team management.
