Job summary

Indodana is seeking a proactive professional to analyze ongoing and upcoming business processes and ensure proper documentation. You will identify and evaluate core operational processes, setting metrics and SLAs while coordinating with operations managers to drive improvements.

The role includes guiding junior team members, ensuring timely and accurate processes, and delivering high-quality outputs. Fintech industry familiarity and team leadership are a plus.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and a critical mindset with the drive to get things done.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify root causes and brainstorm solutions.
• Ability to multitask and deliver initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Nice to have fintech/industry experience, consulting background, or managing small teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ongoing and upcoming business processes to ensure proper documentation is available.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate core operational processes (target setting, incentive calculation, reporting, setting metrics & SLA).
• Collaborate with operations managers or stakeholders to drive and monitor new improvement initiatives.
• Provide direction and guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure routine business processes are completed on time and accurately (backup PIC when needed).
• Ensure deliverables from junior team members are up to standard and error-free.
