Job summary

MODENA is seeking a Business Process Analyst to map, analyze, and redesign key workflows. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement improved processes and document standards, including SOPs and reporting.

You will evaluate automation tools, manage improvement projects, and conduct training to ensure seamless adoption across the organization. English and Indonesian fluency are preferred as you engage with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business process analysis or operational excellence roles.
• Strong skills in process mapping, identification, re‑engineering, and ISO 9001 quality management.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lead Auditor certification, 5S/5R, or related initiatives.

Job description

Collect, document, and map existing workflows, procedures, and business processes to create detailed process diagrams.

Analyze current operational processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, risks, and areas for process improvement.

Design and implement updated or new business processes, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operational alignment.

Evaluate and recommend relevant tools or technologies to support workflow automation and process enhancement initiatives.

Create clear and comprehensive process documentations, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and reporting for management.

Coordinate and manage process improvement projects, overseeing resource allocation, timelines, and stakeholder communication.

Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure seamless adoption of revised processes and maintain operational standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, Operational Excellence Analyst, or in a related functional role.

Strong skills in process mapping, process identification, process re‑engineering, and quality management frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001).

Preferable exposure or experience in Quality Management System certification processes (ISO 9001:2015) or SNI.

Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lead Auditor certification, 5S/5R, or related operational excellence initiatives.

Proficient in operating Microsoft Office tools, particularly Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Visio for workflow mapping and documentation.

Strong analytical thinking, project management, presentation, report writing, and effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to work as an independent individual contributor.
