Job summary

PT. Central Mega Kencana is seeking a Business Process Improvement Analyst to review and improve existing business processes and digital workflows for efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.

You will create and maintain process documentation (flowcharts, BRDs), coordinate with management and stakeholders to implement improvements, and work with IT, Digital Marketing, CRM, and QMS teams to integrate business processes into information systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve existing business processes and digital workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, workflows, blueprints, and BRDs.
• Coordinate with management and relevant stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate business processes into information systems.
• Work closely with Digital Marketing, CRM, Business Analyst, and QMS teams.
