Job summary

PT UIGET BRAND MANAGEMENT is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Jakarta to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy. You will supervise stock movement, coordinate warehouse activities, and manage invoices and related documents.

The role requires a bachelor’s or diploma in logistics or a related field, with at least 2 years of warehouse experience and supervisory exposure. Proficiency in Excel and ERP/WMS is advantageous in maintaining efficient, compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy.
