Job summary

Shopee Indonesia in Yogyakarta is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to enforce Safety and 5S across the warehouse and drive efficient workflow. You will monitor daily operations, allocate manpower, oversee inbound/outbound/inventory, ensure WMS accuracy, address issues promptly, and coordinate with cross-functional teams while escalating critical matters to the Supervisor.

Rotating shifts are required; we welcome candidates with a strong leadership track record in logistics.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or fulfillment.
• Familiarity with data tracking and reporting tools (MS Office and Google Workspace).
• Experience operating and managing workflows within a digital Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Willing to work rotating shifts as needed in the city.
• Strong leadership to guide both small and large teams.

• Oversee localized end-to-end Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory control processes
• Control system accuracy and warehouse operational flows utilizing the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Handle immediate operational issues, performance bottlenecks, and floor complaints proactively
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams and
  escalate critical operational issues to the Supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of Senior High School, Vocational High School (SMA/SMK), or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related logistics role or fulfillment industry
• Proven familiarity with data tracking and reporting tools including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong experience in operating and managing workflows within a digital Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Willing to work in rotating shifts and placed according to company needs within the assigned city
• Strong leadership skills with a proven capability to lead, motivate, and manage both small and large operational teams
