Job summary

PT Cipta Krida Bahari is seeking a Warehouse Operations Leader in Jakarta to oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound activities. You will lead and develop the warehouse team, allocate manpower, and ensure efficient shift scheduling to maximize productivity.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse/logistics, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, or management is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills to develop warehouse teams.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, and Heavy Equipment.
• Experience in 3PL warehouse operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound warehouse activities.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate warehouse team performance.
• Plan manpower, workload, and shift schedules for efficiency.
• Ensure SOP compliance, inventory management, and KPI tracking.
• Implement WMS, FIFO/FEFO, cycle counts, and stock accuracy monitoring.
• Optimize layout, slotting, and material handling; ensure safety standards.

Job description

Manage and oversee warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound activities. Lead, develop, and evaluate the warehouse team through regular briefing, coaching, performance monitoring, and evaluation. Plan and allocate manpower, workload, and shift schedules to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.

Key responsibilities

Ensure proper implementation of warehouse SOPs, inventory management processes, and work discipline

Monitor warehouse operations through key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, warehouse utilization, inventory accuracy, picking accuracy, on‑time delivery, order fulfillment, damage/loss, and manpower efficiency

Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and operational efficiency

Ensure accurate inventory control through the implementation of WMS, FIFO/FEFO, cycle count, stock opname, and stock accuracy monitoring

Optimize warehouse layout, slotting, material handling, and warehouse utilization

Ensure the implementation of K3 and warehouse safety standards, including safe handling of forklifts, pallets, racking, and chemical/oil products where applicable

Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable SOPs

Prepare and analyze operational data and reports to support decision‑making and warehouse improvement

About you

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Management

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to manage and develop warehouse teams, manpower, workload, and shift arrangements

Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, and Heavy Equipment

Strong understanding of warehouse operational KPIs and the ability to conduct root cause analysis and continuous improvement

Experience in 3PL warehouse operations is an advantage

Knowledge of Bonded Logistics Center (PLB) is an advantage

K3, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain certification is an advantage
