PT Lucky Rigi Food Indonesia is seeking a skilled logistics leader to build and establish a comprehensive warehouse and distribution system from the ground up in West Jakarta. You will design SOPs, workflows, and inventory controls while coordinating with stores, suppliers, and third-party logistics partners.
You will lead the initial team, develop KPIs, manage delivery planning, and ensure food safety and regulatory compliance across operations.
Build and establish the warehouse and logistics system from the ground up.
Develop warehouse and logistics SOPs, workflows, processes, and operational guidelines.
Set up the end-to-end warehouse process, including receiving, checking, storage, picking, packing, stock transfer, dispatch, delivery, and returns.
Develop and organize the warehouse layout, storage system, product categorization, and stock movement flow.
Establish and manage inventory control and stock management systems.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, stock reconciliation, and monitoring of stock movements.
Implement FIFO/FEFO procedures and ensure proper handling of food products, raw materials, packaging, and other materials.
Develop and manage the delivery and distribution system from warehouse to stores and other locations.
Plan delivery schedules, routes, manpower, and transportation requirements.
Coordinate with stores, suppliers, drivers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Monitor delivery performance, transportation costs, product conditions, and delivery issues.
Build, lead, supervise, and develop the warehouse and logistics team.
Establish team structure, job responsibilities, manpower requirements, and performance standards.
Develop warehouse and logistics KPIs and prepare regular operational, inventory, and delivery reports.
Monitor and control warehouse and logistics operating costs.
Identify operational problems and continuously improve warehouse and logistics processes.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, Finance, Store Operations, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety requirements, warehouse safety standards, and applicable regulations.
Establish proper procedures for damaged, expired, rejected, missing, and returned products.
Support the company’s business expansion by continuously improving warehouse capacity, logistics systems, and operational efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or distribution operations.
Experience in the F&B, FMCG, QSR, or Retail industry is highly preferred.
Proven experience in building warehouse and logistics systems from scratch, including SOPs, workflows, inventory systems, and delivery processes.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, stock control, and logistics processes.
Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO and food product handling procedures.
Experience in developing SOPs, workflows, checklists, and operational control systems.
Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, or inventory management systems.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to build and manage a warehouse and logistics team from the beginning.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail, accountability, and process improvement mindset.
Able to work independently and take ownership of developing new systems and processes.
Willing to work in a fast-paced and growing F&B environment.
