Job summary

PT CONG CAPHE INDONESIA is expanding its F&B operations and seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead teams across Jakarta outlets. You will guide training, monitor quality, manage inventory and POS systems, and prepare regular performance reports to hit sales targets and ensure guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in F&B management, a Hospitality degree, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Min. 5+ years of experience in food and beverage management.
• Experience managing multiple branches is preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to lead, guide, and develop team members through training sessions, and evaluations to improve team performance.
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond changing operational requirements.
• Ability to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store operations and sales to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and coffee product quality control is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Work Location: Jakarta with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store operations team across Jakarta outlets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Manage inventory and POS systems; optimize stock levels.
• Drive sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with travel to reach new outlets.

Job description

We are famous for its rustic, vintage interior design inspired by Vietnam’s subsidy era. Its signature drink is the coconut coffee smoothie, alongside traditional phin-brewed Robusta coffee.

We are currently expanding our business and are preparing to officially launch our first outlet in Indonesia.

Requirement :
