Job summary

PT NOURISH GROUP INDONESIA is seeking a senior F&B/hospitality leader with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience and at least three years in a senior management role. You will oversee multiple outlets, ensure SOPs and service standards, manage costs, and drive operational KPIs across the group.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving abilities, is fluent in Indonesian with working English, and is willing to travel between Nourish

• Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant operational systems.
• Fluent in Indonesian with good working proficiency in English.
• Relevant professional certification is preferred.
• Willing to travel between Nourish outlets for operational monitoring, training, and implementation of group standards.
