Job summary

PT Multi Boga Makmur, a master franchise operator in Indonesia for Segafredo Zanetti Espresso and Delifrance, is seeking an Operations Manager. The role requires overseeing outlet supervisors, developing programs, and upholding service standards while coordinating monthly and annual strategies.

You will manage budgets, drive cost control, and lead staff training to maintain quality across outlets in Jakarta and Bekasi. Willingness to travel is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B industry, including experience as a Manager or Area Manager.
• Strong understanding of outlet operations and daily workflows.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
• Proven ability in managing operational budgets and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide outlet supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
