PT. Graha Material Perkasa is seeking an experienced EXIM specialist to manage end-to-end import and export activities, including documentation, licensing, and customs clearance.
You will coordinate with customs, forwarders, brokers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. The role requires hands-on experience with SNI, BPOM, Quarantine, and INSW, along with strong English communication and independent work ability.
Handle end-to-end export & import activities, from documentation, licensing, customs clearance, shipment, to delivery.
Manage import/export permits and regulatory requirements such as SNI, BPOM, Quarantine, Pertek, INSW, Ministry of Trade, SIINas, and other related licenses.
Handle regulatory requirements for food, agriculture, FMCG, and other regulated products.
Prepare and check EXIM documents such as PIB, PEB, Invoice, Packing List, B/L, COO, and other supporting documents.
Coordinate with customs, forwarders, brokers, government authorities, suppliers, and internal teams.
Monitor shipment schedules and customs clearance, and handle any issues that may arise during the process.
Manage SIINas registration and reporting, including maintaining company and industrial activity data.
Support the company in TKDN-related requirements, documentation, and certification process.
Monitor changes in import/export regulations and ensure all activities comply with the latest requirements.
Maintain proper EXIM and licensing documentation and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in EXIM, preferably from food, agriculture, FMCG, trading, or other regulated industries.
Strong understanding of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and licensing.
Hands‑on experience handling SNI, BPOM, Quarantine, Pertek, INSW, SIINas, and Ministry of Trade requirements.
Experience handling food or agricultural products is highly preferred.
Experience with TKDN, industrial licensing, or local assembly/manufacturing requirements is a strong advantage.
Familiar with import documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with forwarders/brokers.
Good communication and coordination skills.
English proficiency is required
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
