Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate import-export activities, including required documentation and administrative processes.
- Support compliance with applicable import regulations and requirements from Customs, the Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Industry, and KOMDIGI.
- Prepare and manage import documentation, including B/L or AWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate import licenses and permits, including SDPPI, LS, API-P, API-U, NIB, and SNI.
- Coordinate with PPJK, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and Customs to support smooth import processes.
- Monitor customs and trade-related processes through platforms such as INSW, COO, INATRADE, CEISA, OSS, and BKPM.
- Support accurate HS Code classification and goods identification.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, Transportation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in international trade, import-export operations, or related fields.
- Good understanding of import regulations, customs procedures, and international trade documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with experience working with government institutions and external partners.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
