Job summary

A leading IT services provider in Jakarta is looking for a TechOps (Technology Operations) professional. You will provide first-level technical support and escalate issues to the engineering team. The role requires strong log investigation skills and clear communication. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science, has at least 1 year of relevant experience, and is willing to work on-site in Palmerah, Jakarta. This is a full-time position on a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in TechOps, Software Development, or Operations.
• Familiarity with financial transaction flows.
• Experience with system and application logs.

Responsibilities

• Act as first-level technical support for log investigation.
• Escalate bugs or abnormal system behavior to the engineering team.
• Extract and organize data from logs to support operations.
