Job summary

ATI Business Group is seeking an IT Operations Associate to provide day-to-day IT support for our production environment in Jakarta. You will handle incidents, maintain critical infrastructure, and deliver high-quality user support in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs), experience with ITSM platforms (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Zendesk), and ITIL familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose issues.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and configuring networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
• Experience using ITSM platforms (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk) in enterprise environments.
• Understanding ITIL principles for incident and request management.
• Excellent multitasking and time management in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and verbal.
• Certifications like Cisco CCNA/CCNP or MikroTik MTCT/MTCRP are a plus.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for end users and incidents.
• Maintain and support LAN/WAN, wireless, servers, firewalls, CCTV, IP telephony, and access control.
• Diagnose and resolve moderately complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage incidents via ITSM tools following ITIL practices.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
• Collaborate with teams on projects and infrastructure improvements.
• Document IT procedures and support enterprise operational standards.
• Prioritize requests while maintaining service levels.
