Job summary

AMK Technology is seeking an experienced L1 Ops Engineer for on-site employment in Jakarta. You will own first-line incident triage, real-time monitoring of network and systems, alarm validation, and routine health checks across multi-tenant environments.

We require at least 3 years in NOC or infrastructure operations, strong Linux and networking skills, ITSM experience, and the ability to follow runbooks and ITIL-aligned processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in NOC, service desk, or infrastructure operations.
• Strong Linux OS expertise and TCP/IP networking knowledge.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring tools and ITSM processes.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesian nationality.

Responsibilities

• Perform real-time monitoring of network, servers, and apps from centralized NOC.
• Conduct first-line incident triage, alarm validation, and ticketing.
• Run routine infrastructure health checks and preventive maintenance.
• Follow documented runbooks and incident response scripts.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier-2/3 as needed.
• Maintain incident records and shift handover in ITSM systems.
• Collaborate with IT support, admins, and project managers.
• Adhere to ITIL frameworks and on-site shift rotations.
