Job summary

PT. INDOCYBER GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI seeks a proactive IT Operations/L1 Support professional in South Jakarta to monitor servers, networks, and applications. You will handle L1 incidents, perform first-line diagnostics, and follow runbooks to ensure services stay healthy.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Systems Eng and 1 year of related experience. Shift readiness may be needed to support operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, System Engineering, or related field is required.
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in IT Operations, L1 Technical Support, Helpdesk, or System Monitoring roles.
Fundamental understanding of Windows Server and Linux/Unix.
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls).
Experience with ticketing systems (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
Exposure to monitoring and alert tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, Datadog, PRTG).
Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Responsibilities

Monitor servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, and core apps using enterprise tools.
Handle L1 incidents: triage, log, and process tickets per SLA.
Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, OS, network, and app issues.
Escalate complex incidents to L2/L3 with initial findings.
Follow SOPs for routine tasks, backups, health checks, patching, and restarts.
Maintain incident records and contribute to knowledge base.
