Job summary

TP is seeking an English-speaking International Tech Support Specialist in Bali, Indonesia, to deliver exceptional customer and technical support for software products. You will troubleshoot issues, guide users to solutions, and ensure a positive experience across all interactions.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and ticketing systems, resolving software problems promptly, and maintaining thorough documentation while meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Fluent English communication in written and spoken form (C1+).
• At least 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service, preferably software.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and accounting software.
• Experience using ticketing systems and helpdesk platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach.
• Willing to work a permanent night shift and onsite in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, live chat, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage and track inquiries through helpdesk platforms.
• Provide clear guidance to customers during problem solving.
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet response/resolution targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, issues, and resolutions.
