Qualifications

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major.
• Experience in Live Chat / Customer Service / Call Center / Sales is required.
• Fluent in English (minimum C1) with strong written communication skills.
• Fast typing skill and ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
