Job summary

TP Indonesia, Bali Site is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Support Trainer to join our Bali team. This onsite role focuses on delivering training for customer service agents, facilitating onboarding for new hires, and creating engaging training materials and sessions.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of training experience in a BPO or customer service setting, English proficiency at C1, strong presentation and communication skills, Indonesian citizenship, and is available

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of training experience in a Training/Trainer role, preferably within a BPO or customer service environment
• English proficiency at C1 level, both spoken and written
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work onsite in Bali and hold Indonesian citizenship
• Available to join by 8 October 2026

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs for customer service teams
• Facilitate onboarding and product/process training for new hires
• Develop and deliver engaging training materials and sessions
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to trainees
• Monitor trainees’ progress and identify areas for improvement
