Job summary

BaliSuperHost in Bali is seeking an IT Support professional to keep all office technology running smoothly. You will handle day-to-day IT support for staff, install and troubleshoot computers, printers, and network gear, and ensure security patches are applied across systems.

The role requires clear communication, problem solving under pressure, and a detail-oriented approach to managing equipment and documents. English is preferred; a related degree is recommended.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT Support, preferably in hospitality, property management, or the service industry.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and basic system administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to explain technical issues in a simple and easy-to-understand way.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for office staff and operations.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Ensure hardware and software are regularly updated with the latest security patches.
• Troubleshoot network, internet, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and conduct regular audits.
• Assist with the implementation and configuration of new systems and technology.
• Monitor IT issues and provide timely solutions to minimize disruptions.
