TP in Bali, Indonesia, is hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Expert Representative to join our growing team. If you are fluent in Spanish, have strong English skills, and enjoy helping customers, we'd love to hear from you.

You will provide timely support via calls, emails, and live chats, use provided scripts for basic technical inquiries, and escalate priority issues as needed. You’ll collaborate with teammates to improve processes and achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; GPA ≥ 2.75; fresh graduates welcome.
• Native or fluent Spanish proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work across chat, email, and voice channels.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to relocate and work onsite in Bali, Indonesia.

Responsibilities
