Job summary

Timedoor invites energetic individuals to join our internship program as Intern Customer Support in Bali. You will record client reports, coordinate with internal teams, and assist in testing fixes before delivery, ensuring timely resolutions. Willing to learn new tools and adapt quickly.

You will participate in client meetings, prepare notes, help with website maintenance tasks, and develop written and spoken English communication while learning IT service delivery in a Bali-based team.

Responsibilities

• Record, document, and conduct initial assessments of client reports, requests, and requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams and follow up on task progress to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform testing and quality checks on fixes, updates, and enhancements before they are delivered to clients.
• Communicate with clients regarding the progress and status of reported issues and requested changes.
• Participate in client meetings and prepare meeting minutes, key takeaways, and action items.
• Assist in managing and monitoring website and application maintenance tasks, including task prioritization and deadline tracking.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and assist with content input, updates, and maintenance across websites.
