• 5+ years in online sales, e-commerce, or marketplace management.
• At least 2 years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data, market trends, and customer behavior.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the online sales team across CS, marketplace, live selling, and web admin.
• Develop and implement online sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions across platforms.
• Set and monitor monthly and annual sales targets and ensure achievement.
• Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and stock for accuracy.
• Monitor team performance in handling inquiries, SLA attainment, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and analyze daily to monthly sales reports; identify trends and opportunities.
• Coach and train team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations.
