Job summary

DataDirect Networks is seeking a Regional Director of Sales for the Middle East and Africa to drive revenue growth in MEA through strategic leadership and multi-channel initiatives. You will build partnerships, lead regional teams, and coordinate with product and engineering to deliver storage solutions across industries.

The role requires a proven track record in enterprise sales, strong channel development, and exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years in enterprise software or technology sales with regional exposure to MEA.
• Proven track record in building and leading high-performance sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, data management, and storage solutions.
• Excellent communication and contract negotiation skills.
• Experience with channel partnerships and partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales strategy for MEA and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and manage a multi-channel sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
