Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive Prefabricated Data Center opportunities across East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Japan. You will identify clients, build relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and lead multi-disciplinary proposals to win strategic contracts.

The role requires 10+ years in sales, strong technical translate-to-proposal skills, and fluent English; regional travel and a hybrid work model are expected in this dynamic position.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of relevant sales experience in similar industry.
• Track record leading complex solution selling for data centers (HVAC, IT, electrical/BMS, security, energy).
• Entrepreneurial attitude to drive overachievement.
• Experience influencing C-suite with value propositions and business solutions.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical proposals for internal teams.
• Exposure to tendering and project management within a complex commercial environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and fluent English communication (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on Schneider Electric's Prefabricated Data Center portfolio.
• Collaborate with Schneider Electric sales team to develop opportunities with clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users.
• Hunt for new clients and opportunities for Prefabricated Data Centers.
• Evangelize the benefits of our solutions at industry events.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop designs and proposals for new projects.
• Manage all aspects of the business pursuit process to maximize win rates and revenue growth.
