• 5+ years of hands-on enterprise storage engineering in data centers, cloud providers, or HPC/AI clusters.
• Deep proficiency in block, file and object storage with distributed architectures.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy ultra-low-latency distributed file systems and high-performance storage platforms (Lustre, Ceph, Enterprise NAS/SAN).
• Implement and fine-tune GPUDirect Storage (GDS) and NVMe-oF architectures to eliminate compute bottlenecks.
• Manage and troubleshoot high-speed storage networking fabrics (InfiniBand, RoCE, high-speed Ethernet).
• Drive capacity planning, data protection, and disaster recovery to meet uptime objectives.
• Monitor IOPS and throughput; perform RCA with cross-functional teams and OEM vendors.
