Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Sales Engineer for an on-site role in Jakarta to drive business growth in high‑voltage electrical equipment projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales or sales engineering experience in electrical equipment, power systems, transformers, EPC, or related industries.
• Proven experience dealing with utility companies, EPC contractors, or large industrial customers.
• Strong understanding of transformers, high‑voltage electrical equipment, substations, switchgear, or power distribution systems.
• Experience managing technical sales processes, project tenders, commercial negotiations, and long‑term customer relationships.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand sales within power, utilities, EPC, industrial, mining, and oil & gas sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Deliver technical presentations, prepare commercial proposals, and recommend suitable electrical equipment solutions based on customer requirements.
• Monitor project pipelines, tender opportunities, and procurement activities related to power transmission and electrical infrastructure.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and project management teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Support tender submissions, contract negotiations, project documentation, and post-sales activities while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Conduct regular customer visits, site meetings, and industry networking activities to strengthen market presence and identify new opportunities.
