Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is recruiting for Head of Infrastructure to lead civil infrastructure and utility delivery for a large-scale integrated resort project in South Lombok, Indonesia. The role requires on-site leadership, safety, schedule and budget oversight, and coordination with contractors and engineers.

You will review designs, manage multiple work packages, ensure QA/QC and successful handover, and mentor the delivery team while reporting to executive management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role managing complex infrastructure developments.
• Experience with earthworks, drainage, and utilities.
• Fluency in English for international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure and utilities.
• Review surveys, designs, specs to identify constructability risks.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, procurement, risk.
• Coordinate multiple contractors and consultants across packages.
• Establish QA/QC, HSE standards across construction activities.
• Oversee commissioning and testing before handover.
• Prepare executive reports on schedules, budgets, progress.
• Build and mentor infrastructure delivery team.
• Ensure proper as-built docs and handover materials.
