Job summary

The role covers end‑to‑end civil infrastructure delivery, from planning and design reviews to construction and handover, coordinating multiple contractors and consultants on a large integrated resort development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role managing complex developments.
• Experience managing earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and utilities.
• Fluency in written and spoken English to liaise with international stakeholders and prepare technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure and utility packages, ensuring safety, schedule, and alignment with master plan.
• Review surveys, designs, specs, and docs to identify constructability issues and risks.
• Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, risks, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate multiple contractors, consultants, and specialists across packages.
• Enforce QA/QC, HSE standards, and ensure successful commissioning and handover.
• Prepare executive reports on progress, budgets, and decisions.
