Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Head of Infrastructure in South Lombok, Indonesia, to lead the civil infrastructure and utility package delivery for a large-scale integrated resort development. You will oversee planning, engineering reviews, construction, commissioning, and handover, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
10+ years delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
3+ years in a senior leadership role managing complex infrastructure developments.
Experience with earthworks, drainage, and utility installations.
Fluency in English for international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure and utilities.
Review surveys, designs, specifications, and docs for constructability and risks.
Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and risks.
Coordinate contractors, consultants, and subcontractors across packages.
Enforce QA, HSE standards across construction activities.
Oversee commissioning and handover testing of systems.
Monitor progress, costs, procurement, and delivery risks; implement corrective actions.
Prepare executive reports on schedules, budgets, and decisions.
Mentor and lead the infrastructure delivery team.
Ensure complete project close-out with as-built docs and warranties.
