Qualifications

Degree in civil engineering or related field.
Experience leading large-scale civil infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure and utilities.
Review surveys, designs, specs to spot constructability issues and risks.
Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, procurement, and risks.
Coordinate multiple contractors, consultants, and subs.
Establish QA/QC, HSE standards across construction.
Oversee commissioning and testing of utilities before handover.
Prepare executive reports on progress, cost, and risk.
Mentor infrastructure delivery team and ensure close-out documents.
