Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years in senior leadership managing complex infrastructure developments.
• Hands-on experience with earthworks, roads, drainage, and utilities.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, QA/QC, and risk management.
• Fluent English communication with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure and utilities.
• Review designs and specifications to identify constructability risks.
• Develop schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and risk management.
• Coordinate multiple contractors and consultants across packages.
• Ensure HSE standards throughout construction activities.
• Oversee commissioning and handover of utility systems.
• Prepare executive progress reports for decision-makers.
• Mentor and lead the infrastructure delivery team.
