Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role on complex developments.
• Experience with earthworks, roads, drainage, and utilities.
• Fluent English for international stakeholder communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure and utility packages.
• Review surveys, designs, specs to identify risks and conflicts.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, procurement, and risks.
• Coordinate multiple contractors and cross-functional teams on-site.
• Enforce HSE standards and quality control across construction activities.
• Oversee commissioning and testing of utility systems before handover.
• Prepare executive progress reports and manage project risks.
• Mentor and lead the infrastructure delivery team.
