Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Head of Infrastructure to lead the complete delivery of civil infrastructure and utility systems for a large-scale resort development in South Lombok, Indonesia.

The role requires senior leadership experience, hands-on management of earthworks, drainage, and utilities, and close collaboration with contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams. On-site, full-time commitment is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in large-scale civil infrastructure delivery.
• 3+ years in senior leadership managing complex infra developments.
• Experience with earthworks, roads, drainage, and utility installations.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, contract management, and QA/QC.
• Experience coordinating electrical, water, CCTV, telecoms infrastructure.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6; able to read AutoCAD/Civil 3D drawings.
• Fluent English for international stakeholders.
• Willing to be based on-site full-time in South Lombok, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure and utilities.
• Review surveys, designs, specs for constructability and risk.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, procurement, and risks.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and subcontractors across packages.
• Enforce HSE standards across construction activities.
• Oversee commissioning and testing of utility systems.
• Monitor progress, costs, procurement dependencies, and risks.
• Prepare executive reports on schedules, costs, progress and decisions.
• Build and mentor the infrastructure delivery team.
• Ensure complete project close-out with as-built docs and handover.
