Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Head of Infrastructure to lead civil infrastructure and utility delivery for a large-scale resort development in South Lombok, Indonesia. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years in senior leadership managing complex infrastructure developments.
• Experience with earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities.
• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera; ability to read AutoCAD/Civil 3D drawings.
• Fluent English for international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure and utilities.
• Review surveys, designs, specifications for constructability and risks.
• Develop, manage, and monitor schedules, budgets, procurement, risks.
• Coordinate multiple contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Establish and enforce HSE standards across construction activities.
• Oversee commissioning and testing of electrical, water, CCTV, and other systems.
• Prepare executive reports on schedules, budgets, progress.
• Build and mentor the infrastructure delivery team.
