Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Head of Infrastructure to lead the complete delivery of civil infrastructure and utilities for a large-scale integrated resort development in Lombok, Indonesia. You will coordinate engineers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to deliver safe, on-schedule projects aligned with the master plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in large-scale civil infrastructure delivery.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role managing complex infra developments.
• Experience with earthworks, roads, drainage, and utilities.
• Proficient in MS Project or Primavera P6; able to read AutoCAD/Civil 3D drawings.
• Fluency in English for international stakeholders.
• Willingness to be on-site full-time in South Lombok, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure and utilities.
• Review surveys, designs, specifications to identify risks before execution.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, procurement, and risks.
• Coordinate multiple contractors, consultants, and specialists.
• Enforce QA/QC and HSE standards across activities.
• Oversee commissioning and handover of utility systems.
• Prepare executive reports on progress, budgets, and decisions.
• Mentor and lead the delivery team across functions.
• Ensure complete project close-out with as-built docs and warranties.
